Bloom is a one‑day spring retreat designed to awaken your body, soften your mind, and reconnect you with what’s ready to grow. Held at a peaceful beachside villa, this retreat blends nurturing yoga, mindful movement, creativity, nature, and healing touch to support deep renewal.

Throughout the day, you’ll enjoy:

  • A grounding yoga practice

  • A nourishing seasonal lunch

  • A creative session ( guided meditation, discussion and Art)

  • A beach walk (weather permitting)

  • A restorative practice with Thai massage, Reflexology, and Black Pearl elements

  • Space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with yourself
