Yoga +

Yoga — possibly our first love, but not our only one — is what our business is founded on. But as we’ve advanced in our journey, we’ve also been excited to embrace and offer additional classes covering everything from pilates and barre to meditation.

Breathwork

A healing modality with ancient roots, Breathwork is a practice with techniques and intentions that continue to evolve in an abundance of ways.

Our monthly group Breathwork sessions offer participants a peaceful, restorative space and gentle guidance to find a sense of calm, whether it’s through relaxation or through processing and releasing lingering emotions from painful memories or experiences.
