Wasaga Beach Yoga is an inclusive, affirming community for people at any stage of their yoga, health, or healing journey.

Our diverse and curated classes — from Yoga and Pilates, to Events, a Treatment Room and more — are here to meet you where you are, whether you’re a beginner or seasoned in your practice. Designed for all levels, our classes and events are designed to renew and deepen your connection to self, nurture strength and mobility, and recharge your heart & soul.

  • This class is perfect for students who are new to yoga – or for the experienced yogi who prefers a slower-paced class. Basic yoga postures (asanas) are taught with a deep awareness of correct alignment, precise actions in the body and attention to the breath. Modifications will be offered to give you more ease – or more challenge. This is a “no-pressure” class in a warm and welcoming environment!

  • This class is specifically designed for yogis who want more intensity than a Gentle/Hatha class but with a slower pace than a Vinyasa/Flow class. You will be guided through a creative series of Sun Salutations with holds in a variety of traditional yoga asanas (poses). Done in the Heat not in the summer!!!!

    Give yourself the opportunity to leave the world outside the door and focus on nourishing yourself - body, mind and heart!

  • A vinyasa (linking movement with breath) style class of creative, flowing yoga poses designed to stretch, strengthen and challenge the body and mind. A good general level of fitness and some yoga experience is recommended. Come prepared to sweat!

    *Although this class will challenge seasoned yogis, modifications will be offered for students who want to take it down a notch.

    What to Expect This class is crafted for yogis craving more depth than Gentle/Hatha, but without the rapid pace of Vinyasa. It’s a flow that moves like honey—slow, strong, and sweet.

  • Get ready to ignite your practice with Hot Power Flow!

    This isn’t your average yoga class—it’s a high-energy, sweat-dripping, strength-building journey that will leave you feeling powerful and grounded. Designed to cultivate strength and stability, Power Flow turns up the heat with dynamic sequences that move faster than traditional flows, challenging your body and sharpening your focus.

    Feel the burn as you build muscle and balance through intense, fluid movement. Boost your heart rate with cardio-infused transitions that sync breath to motion, creating a rhythm that fuels your flow. 

    Master your movement with breath as your guide, unlocking deeper control and awareness.

      And when you need a moment to recharge, Child’s Pose is your sanctuary—always there, always welcome.

  • This class is a balance of movement and stillness. Classic yoga asanas (seated/kneeling/standing poses) stretch and strengthen the muscles then we immerse ourselves in stillness with Yin poses. We hold Yin poses for 2 to 5 minutes, mostly while seated on the floor as we immerse ourselves in our breath and the present moment.

  • Restorative yoga, as the name suggests, helps to heal your body and restore your energies in a relaxed way. Moreover, this beautiful technique of yoga consists of gentle poses held for a period of time, using supportive tools.  Restorative yoga is a passive, meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body.

    Meditation in Action

    This class is warm restorative except in the summer, where the room is a warm space to allow for deeper stretches and a cozy feel.

    (The room is not actively heated but is cooling from a hot class 30min prior to the warm restorative class)  

  • Yoga Strength A fun, energizing class that blends traditional yoga with strength‑building movements. Build power, improve stability, and enjoy a playful flow that leaves you feeling strong and refreshed. Suitable for all levels.

  • A mix of Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates put together to a combination of upbeat music.

  • Pilates as an exercise will help you grow stronger, improve your posture, your balance and your
    breathing capacity. With a regular Pilates workout expect to feel a stronger and more agile. Pilates is an
    exercise method that feels revitalizing and motivating. Pilates is based on quality of movement not
    quantity. We will work through progressions of exercises so the class will be suitable for all.
    Concentration and Control of movement will be two key principles.

  • When we meditate we’re joining the rest of creation in the simple experience of being.


    The ClearBeing Meditation System was created to help you to access the peace & well-being that is your
    natural state and to address issues that you face as a human being living in the modern world. 


    My hope is that you experience the relief that comes when you realize that meditation practice is not
    meant to help you to escape from your life, but to enter more deeply into your life as it is, and to see it
    with fresh eyes, an open heart and a clear mind.


    This offering is for those who would like to begin, refresh or deepen their meditation practice.

  • This class offers a slowed-down approach to flowing movement, creating space to settle into each pose, explore sensation, and move with intention. Shapes are held long enough to allow the body to respond and soften. This practice invites you to explore depth without the extended stillness of yin or the pace of vinyasa, while offering options for subtle movement or stillness throughout. Expect a grounded, primarily low-to-the-floor practice that supports deeper physical release and a stronger connection to your body. Designed for anyone craving slower movement, deeper sensation, and the freedom to choose how they inhabit each pose.

Leslie has embraced yoga as a way of life and feels so fortunate to be able to share her love and passion with the people around her.

Leslie's desire, mixed with the sheer joy that yoga has brought her, has led her on a path of personal growth and wellness. Yoga has made Leslie better - in mind, body and heart. The nature and unity of yoga ultimately are what inspire Leslie to share it and teach it.

Sinead has been practicing yoga for 15 years and has recently graduated from 200-hour YTT. Since then she has been certified in Yin yoga and Breathwork facilitation.

Her passion for yoga and healing as powerful wellness and spiritual tools is something she is eager to share with as many people as she can.
