As a holistic nutritionist, personal trainer and yoga instructor, I take a holistic approach to wellness by focusing on four areas of health: food, movement, lifestyle and supplements.
I found my love for yoga when I discovered vinyasa flow style classes for the first time. As an avid trail runner, climber, paddler, and skier, I’ve always been a person who enjoys being in motion. Yoga really resonated with that part of me and has helped me become a more well rounded athlete and individual through movement, self discovery and introspection.
