Registered Massage Therapy/Ayurvedic Counselling

Kaely Bell

Accredited Yoga Instructor and Ayurvedic Counselor

Kaely fell in love with yoga and holistic health care in 2010 and has been practising ever since. Her journey and experiences have transformed her life, inspiring her to share the gift of Yoga and Ayurveda with others. At the start of 2016, Kaely completed her Moksha Yoga teacher training In Nicaragua, and is now a 500 hour certified yoga instructor.

With her constant desire to learn more she has gone on to receive her Ayurvedic Counselor Certification from the California College of Ayurveda in 2018.

Kaely strives to help others develop body awareness and achieve balance with a Yoga and Ayurvedic Lifestyle. Most importantly, she sees these combined practices as a form of connection with our most honest selves. “Our lives are so busy, we are constantly under pressure, feeling stressed and sometimes out of control. Both modalities (Yoga & Ayurveda) have become my place of peace; it allows me to slow down, breathe and regroup.”

Kaely hopes to inspire people both on and off the mat through her Yoga and Ayurveda experience – whether in Midland, Wasaga or her hometown of Collingwood. Her free spirit is reflected in her love for nature and being active outdoors. As the song goes, “Don’t worry, be happy!”; words Kaely lives by every day.

Tania Corriveau

Tania received her Massage Therapy diploma from Everest College, Sudbury and registered with the CMTO 2013.
What she enjoys most about being a massage therapist is using her variety of skills to assist clients in decreasing their pain

and discomfort as well as helping them understand what they can do to help themselves through stretching, strengthening, hydrotherapy or any other modality appropriate to that individual client’s needs.

During her years in practise, Tania has acquired practical knowledge and deep understanding in a variety of techniques such as:
Deep Tissue
Myofascial Release

Active Release ( which enables muscles to release more quickly by moving the area through the appropriate range of motion as pressure is applied to the muscle)

Trigger Point Therapy (this technique uses firm pressure and holding the area for a length of time until the referral pattern dissipates) This particular technique has helped Tania reduce the occurrence of her migraines.

Tania can work with you to treat a variety of conditions such as TMJ dysfunction, carpal tunnel syndrome, chronic hip/low back pain, frozen shoulder, abdominal discomfort, migraines, postural imbalances as well as many other conditions.

She takes a holistic (body, mind, soul) approach to healing, incorporating Reiki (she is a Reiki Master) to help clear pain and discomfort. Reiki is a channeling of universal energy and is performed with several hand placements on your Chakras
( energy centres in your body). This helps Tania assess any imbalances of energy in the body and allows her to work with you to bring you back to a more balanced state.

“Our bodies know more on how to heal itself than we think and if we take the opportunity to listen to our body and go within; this will assist in speeding up the healing process.”
