New to Yoga?
*Please arrive 10 minutes early to class to allow time for you to set up/ settle in and be ready for the class to start.
What to bring to class
- Clothing that allows you to move easily
- Yoga mat (we have mats for you to borrow too)
- Towel (for hot yoga)
What not to bring to class!
- Heavy perfume or body odour
- A full stomach ( Jen’s favourite snack about 1 hour before yoga is an orange – hydrating and provides some energy)
- A cell phone that may distract you or other students
