What’s a “mini retreat”? 24 hours just for YOU!

When people talk about Yoga they often reference the wonderful physiological benefits of the practice, such as increased flexibility and decreased muscle stiffness. Yoga is a great way to maintain,gain, renew and restore one’s physical health in order to have an active life. However there are also plenty of mental, psychological and cognitive benefits of yoga. On this retreat we will dive into our physical yoga practice as well as meditation, self awareness and self discovery. Create connections with new friends or just take time for you.
$175 per person – Includes overnight accommodation in a private room with two double beds, Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast and lunch, two yoga classes, lots of time to meditate, relax, hike or snowshoe (say hi to the horses!), read, recharge.
