Chakras are energy centres in our bodies.  

Each Chakra helps us with a different area of our lives whether it is personal power, speaking our truth or feeling safe and secure.  

Many times our Chakras are out of sync and yoga can help us find balance and more serenity in our lives.  We will journey upward from your root  to your crown , learning yoga poses, breathing techniques and meditations that will activate each Chakra and help you on your way to healing, balance and wholeness while still enjoying a slower paced but full yoga workout.

Suitable for beginners or experienced yogis who prefer a slower-paced class
